# Diagram image export is not working

Hello, I am using SysIDE in Windows. I tried to do an export a diagam from the Tom Sawyer renderer but I see no feedback and the image is not saved/exported even if I specify the full path for the image.

Hi Zsolt!

Which button did you press? The left-most one (highlighted in red below, called “Save as Image”) or the second from the left (called “Export and Print”)?

The second one from the left not working is a known issue at the moment, as mentioned in the [changelog](https://forum.sensmetry.com/t/syside-0-8-5/405#p-933-construction-known-issues-3). You should use the left-most one.

If you are still having issues with the left-most one, let us know.
