Syntaxes sub-folder within syside-vscode/syntaxes is re-generated after every build

Hi,
I am running syside from the source and noticed that syntaxes sub-folder within syside-vscode/syntaxes is re-generated after every build. Can this be a reason for KerML and SysML languages are not loaded in the extension development environment?
