When I use the documentation site SysIDE Documentation, it suggests there is a 0.7.0 documentation set, but jumps back to 0.6.3 immediately.

This is a known issue—it occurs because Modeler is on version v0.7.0, while Automator is still on v0.6.3. It will be resolved in the next release.
In the meantime, if you’d like to view the documentation for v0.7.0, you can use this link: SysIDE Documentation.
Even though the top corner still shows v0.6.3, the content is for v0.7.0.
